Method and sources
Retail: official prices shown on patek.com › Collection › All models (US market, USD, excluding sales tax), read per reference on . The catalogue is re-read automatically once a month; references Patek adds are included with their retail price, and references that pass their run-out date or disappear from the catalogue are flagged "Discontinued".
Secondary market: asking prices of live listings on Chrono24 matching each exact reference number (USD, sorted by price, "Price on request" listings excluded), last refreshed on ; refreshed about every six months. "Lowest" is the cheapest priced listing; "Median" is the median of all priced listings. Listing counts are priced listings only. Three listings that matched a different reference or were obvious mislistings (973J-001, 5177R-001, 7118/1450G-001) were removed after manual review, and any listing below 35% of a reference's median is treated as an outlier.
Premium: (Chrono24 asking − retail) ÷ retail. Positive = trades above retail; negative = available below retail. Asking prices are not transaction prices and may include dealer margin, pre-owned condition and shipping differences.
References with no Chrono24 listings (mostly Rare Handcrafts unique pieces and dome clocks) show "—" and are hidden when "Only with Chrono24 listings" is on.
